Identification labels

You will receive these labels after you join the mutual benefit fund. You are required to affix a label to every document that you send in to your fund so that you can be identified easily. It is important to carry several labels with you, because they may also be requested at your medical consultations or visits to hospital.

Healthcare certificates

These are given to you by your doctor (GP or specialist) or by the hospital. Send them on to your mutual benefit fund so that you receive a benefit (NB: they are only valid for two years).
